   • Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to change of mind, texture preferences, or scent preferences.

   • This policy applies to all opened, unopened, used, or unused cosmetic products to guarantee the hygienic integrity of the inventory we provide to our clients.

   
   

2. Clearance & Promotional Sale Items

   All products purchased under our Clearance, Sale, Blowout, or Promotional Liquidation categories are 100% Final Sale.

   • These items are heavily marked down from their original retail values to clear inventory space.

   • They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds under any circumstances.

1. Order Collection & Inspection Requirement

   Pickup location for all orders placed under Kamloops Pickup will be provided during checkout. We do not offer shipping for Kamloops Pickup Only products.

   To ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, please inspect the items immediately upon pickup. We will gladly correct any issues right at the counter if:

   1. Defective Packaging: A spray nozzle, pump, or bottle mechanism is noticeably damaged or non-functional.

   2. Order Discrepancies: You were handed a completely different product, size, or variation than what is listed on your digital invoice.

   Once you accept your items and leave the pickup location, the transaction is finalized. We cannot process claims for defects, damages, or incorrect items after the order has left the premises.

   
   

2. Abandoned Orders

   Orders must be collected within the standard pickup window outlined in your confirmation email. If you need to arrange an extended pickup timeline, please contact us in advance. Orders left uncollected for an extended period without communication may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
