To ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, please inspect the items immediately upon pickup. We will gladly correct any issues right at the counter if:

Order Discrepancies: You were handed a completely different product, size, or variation than what is listed on your digital invoice.
Once you accept your items and leave the pickup location, the transaction is finalized. We cannot process claims for defects, damages, or incorrect items after the order has left the premises.
Abandoned Orders
Orders must be collected within the standard pickup window outlined in your confirmation email. If you need to arrange an extended pickup timeline, please contact us in advance. Orders left uncollected for an extended period without communication may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
